[She closes the feed. And while she doesn't mention it. She does give the slippers a try again to see if they'll take her to his house. They don't. But now that she knows how they work she thinks it's better not to mention that to him until she actually works through this.

Rough half an hour to forty minutes later she does come barreling down his stairs with a pizza box in hand, a few plates and a smile on her face.]

Ta-da~! I made it!

Not the pizza- I ordered that.

But I made it here!

[He would appreciate that the last thing he needs is to have a sadness spiral again. When she comes down the stairs, he offers a wide smile- genuinely happy to see her, he puts whatever he has bubbling in a flask down, taking off the gloves ready for delicious food. ]

One day, I would love to see you attempt to make a pizza. I can't promise I'd eat it, but the scientifically curious mind needs to know what a Ruby Made Pizza would look like anyway.

[She knows it's a lot to deal with at the moment, but it's something she has to sort out and she'll keep at it.

She returns that smile with a grin of her own, because gosh it was nice that things were starting to settle down between them. That they could find a new normal after everything everything happened.

She slides down and sets the pizza box down on the lab table.]

How hard could it be? It's just a bunch of dough, sauce, cheese and meats. Maybe some pineapple. I could probably do it!

Just set the oven to like 1,000 or 2,000 degrees throw 'em in a pot and bam! Pizza!

I'm trying to replicate the antidote I got in my blessings basket. Apparently, it can be a big help to people in October. I'm hoping to be able to get some in stock if anyone needs it.

It would also burn your house down. It's the temperature of a housefire. The Fuzz definitely won't like that, and none of the people living there either, I'd bet.

I'm gonna guess that it's also because it's Halloween and Sodder thinks things should be extra spooky for the holiday. But true, it is pretty poor planning for you. Maybe you can have a party in a bunker or something.
