I'm not, actually. I'm not even from your world. I'm from a whole different place, no grimm, no semblances, no auras. I'm from a place called Earth- specifically a kingdom called Corona. I'm an alchemist. ... That means I'm an inventor, mostly. Chemicals, engineering, that kind of thing. Definitely not a monster fighter.

That is an incredible career.
My father is one of the foremost robotics experts in all of Atlas, so I spend a lot of time around engineers.
I would love to see some of your inventions some time.

I sure am! And thanks. It's not the most popular career where I'm from, but I like it anyway. I want to help people.

Really? That's amazing! I'd love to hear more about the robotic in your world. Mine is... pretty low key in comparison. I'm pretty far back in the past. But I'll happily show you what I've come up with already. You gotta learn to adapt, right?

I am fascinated in the differences of technology between our worlds.
It has been interesting enough learning about how different things are here.
Did you know that this world burns the remains of giant, long-dead reptiles for energy?

That would be great. Ruby's explained a lot, but I'd love to hear more, especially if you've had a front-row seat to some fancy robotics! And yes, I know about oil. My world is... pretty much this one, but about a hundred and thirty years in the past. But I'm with you, it's been really cool learning new things.

I am unsure if my world is in the future or the past compared to this one. I am unsure if the technology is as much newer as it is different.

Oh yeah, I mean there's still a lot I don't understand- but I'm doing my best to work out all the technological advancements that there are on offer. I'm just not so hot with the pop culture references.

Yours might be somewhere in the middle. I know for sure there's nothing like dust on earth. That sounds completely unique to your world.

That seems mean. You would think the people who live here would be more accepting of outsiders wanted to learn about their technology. We would be able to assimilate more easily were we properly educated on how things work.
