Casa Disaster #25 Raccoon Alley - Cassandra District
Residents: Varian droptheious, Fern Mertens laminae, Luz Noceda imaglyphwitch, Reaper no_reload, Luca Paguro schoolingfish, Ahiru danserai and Rapunzel prodigalhairess.

EXTERIOR
- FRONT PORCH - Contains a few nice comfy chairs and a porch swing seat. Probably the nicest, tidiest part of the house. This is as good as it gets, folks.
- BACK PORCH - Has a small wood burner and a couple of smaller chairs.
- GARDEN - Full of plants which are either super helpful or super toxic. None of them are labelled so don't touch them maybe?
- STABLE - To the right of the house, where a driveway once was there now stands a side stable. It's enchanted to always protect animal life inside it. This protection does not extend to Sleepers.
- POTTING SHED - Much like the garden, a little space for baby plants to grow into their destiny of being shoved into dangerous potions.
- TRAINING DUMMIES - There are a few training dummies and targets dotted around the garden. Sometimes they have hatchets buried in them. Nice.
- GRAVE - At the back of the house in a quiet corner is a (currently roughly made) headstone. This is where the Waste version of Varian's father, Quirin is buried. Varian tends to it regularly but good luck getting him to talk about it.
- ONE DAY GAUNTLET - Watch this space
- TOWER - A tower juts out on the left side of the house kind of like this. How is it there? Don't ask the the residents, it just is.

INTERIOR The asthetic of the house can best be described as feral cosiness- it is a strange hodge-podge of steampunk and dangerous weapons. The place is interspered with bones (some of them human!) fairy lights and random-ass inventions. Often messy and usually smells kinda weird.
- LIVING ROOM - Many couches. Largely lit by candles. There is a shit-ton of skulls in here. Has an open fire. The coffee table is a T-Rex skull - sometimes Reaper haunts it.
- SO MANY READING NOOKS - If there is a weird corner or window area from the weird-ass shape of the house, a reading nook exists in there. The books are not organised in any way that makes sense to a rational person.
- KITCHEN - Has an agar cooker. Everything is pretty clunky and solid. The microwave was "improved" and usually glows bright, luminous blue when used.
- BATHROOMS - Actual hazard zones. Varian took one apart when he first moved in and now there's intricate pipework and gages everywhere which make sense to Varian and only Varian- he's also made it a little more disability-accessible. The other four are largely standard.
- FERN & VARIAN'S ROOM - Looks like a post-apocalyptic barbarian hoarder threw up in it. Old, ratty furniture is covered in bones, hides, and various junk Fern has scavenged from the junkyard, mainly broken or old electronics. Weapons and bones, especially skulls, decorate the walls. Bits of grass and old plant matter are mixed with clothing that litters the floor, because Fern never picks up after himself. There are several steampunk-esque lights and other machines meant to assist with plant care. Occasionally cursed books are left out, and in the closet is one extremely sketchy-looking alchemy safe. The only things that look like they have the slightest care applied to them are the weapons and the guitar in one corner of the room. There's a few strange inventions with questionable uses dotted around. There are sometimes some horrible barabarian-steampunk mashups in here. Two flowers sit in pots on the windowsill.
- LUZ'S ROOM (ATTIC) - Luz has chosen to finalize redecorating her room as of 9/22 3AM in the morning. She's added things like having several bookshelves, a dresser, a full on desk and even constructed wooden stairs that lead to nowhere (for now anyway). She's adorned this side with lighting that is purposely low and inviting, perfect for the windows to give their own eerie light, and let tree branches add ambiance to the room's nature aesthetic. On the far right side of the room is her bedside. Here there are another bunch of steps that lead to nowhere, only Luz had also made sure to put strings of lights around the bed for purposeful low light, and the walls show a little brick to continue the stripped down aesthetic. Not shown are all of the stuffed animals Luz had purchased since coming here, strange assortment of various creatures both bug like/demon like/typical cute fair, on the desk, over her bedframe and all around the room. Artwise, there are pictures that Luz has drawn of various people, but also some surrealist art she really likes.
- REAPER'S ROOM - He doesn't even use it, he prefers to sleep in the T-Rex skull like a weirdo. Something about staying in a room makes it permanent even if he's been here for months. Ok Weirdo.
- LUCA'S ROOM - Adorable space gremlin!

- SPARE ROOM #3 - Currently unoccupied (but one day will house a Cass)
- MUSIC CORNER - A little space in the room to keep musical instruments and jam in. It currently contains a guitar and a piano.
- CHILL THE FUCK OUT TOWER - The magical tower sticking out the side of their house. Full of books and comfy places to sit- it also has a telescope poking out of the roof. The room is enchanted to provide a peaceful place to rest and the decor hanging from the ceiling magically induces peaceful sleep. Has a big, open fire. There's a big portrait of baby Varian and his parents up here, aww.
- DANGER BASEMENT - Varian's lab- accessed by a heavy ass door in the kitchen or a hatch in the back yard. One half is dedicated to alchemy and the other mechanical inventions. Lots of benches and half-finished work. This is where the weird smell comes from. It has a floor pit and a few other booby traps that can be activated if anyone tries to break in. There's an old, ugly recliner in one corner for Varian to pass out in.
